Inclement Weather Policy

Hi and Happy New Year! I'm writing first to say thank you for an amazing first year of business. As a small business owner, my clients mean the WORLD to me! You've all helped make my 2017 an exciting year. :)

With the extremely cold temperatures we've had recently I wanted to make sure everyone is aware of my policy regarding inclement weather.

If schools are cancelled or delayed, my business will be closed.

It is just too stressful and difficult to aquire childcare last minute and if the roads are too dangerous for the school busses they are also too dangerous for me and you!

  • Safety is always my first priority. Therefore, any massages that are cancelled due to bad weather or below freezing temps can either be refunded or rescheduled.

If you need to reschedule or cancel for any other reason, please be mindful of the 24 hour cancellation policy.

  • If you wake up sick and realize you don't feel good enough, I will waive the fee for late cancellations- I do NOT want to get sick! Just try to text or call me ASAP as a courtesy so that I don't waste a trip to the office. :)
